CEO
Chris Connolly has been in the transportation industry for over 25 years and has always believed in staying close to the work. After graduating college, he joined SuperVan Service Co., where he spent 10 years learning the business from the ground up. Starting in sales, Chris soon discovered his passion for freight brokerage, developing the skills and customer-first mindset that would shape his career.
In 2008, Chris and his wife, Maggie, founded CJC Transport with a clear vision: to build a customer-focused company rooted in relationships and reliability. Guided by that vision, CJC has grown steadily from a small brokerage into a comprehensive transportation partner.
Adam DiAntonio
VP / GENERAL MANAGER
Adam began working in transportation in 2000, right out of college. He has had experience in sales, export/import services, invoicing, tracking, and claims. He joined CJC Transport 8 years ago and gets his daily motivation from meeting and exceeding his customers' expectations. Matching the right truck with the right service at the right price is Adam’s favorite part of working with freight transportation.
Kelly Lauman
COO
Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and operations leadership to CJC Transport. As COO, she focuses on building efficient processes, leading teams, and ensuring customers receive dependable, high-quality service. With a background that spans consulting, large-scale distribution, and logistics program management, Kelly thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about turning challenges into streamlined solutions.
Tom Burba
VP / GENERAL MANAGER
Tom manages the CJC West office in Denver, CO. He spent 10 years in account management working as a supplier to Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Menards. He specialized in balancing sales/margin growth, procurement, and supply chain optimization. This experience allows for specialized customer collaboration in the areas of import/export, direct fulfillment, least cost routing, and just in time delivery. “When our customers win, we all win”.
Ramo Mesanovic

Ramo is a people-focused sales professional who thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering personalized service. Vince is a customer service expert with over 15 years of experience in customer service and logistics. His outgoing personality makes him a natural at sales and communication, whether he’s working with customers, dispatchers, drivers, or warehouse teams. Vince thrives on solving problems, building trust, and taking on the responsibility of being a true partner to his customers.
Matt Dickson
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Matt brings a diverse career built on leadership and growth, from managing operations in consumer products as National Account Manager at Nite Ize to overseeing logistics and strategy at CJC Transport. A former Division II soccer player and backcountry park ranger, he combines discipline and problem-solving with a passion for efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor adventures and spending time with his wife and their two Bernese Mountain Dogs.

With over 20 years of customer service experience, Katie brings a proactive, can-do attitude to the office. She plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting both team members and clients with efficiency, professionalism, and a warm, approachable style.
Known for her strong organizational skills and hands-on problem-solving, Katie ensures that daily operations are seamless and that everyone has what they need to succeed. Her extensive background in customer service has shaped her belief that great support—whether for a team or a client—starts with genuine care and clear communication.

Glenn oversees planning and driver operations with more than 35 years of hands-on experience across the transportation industry.
His background spans maintenance, brokering, dispatch and planning, and over-the-road driving—providing a complete, practical understanding of what it takes to move freight safely and on time.
