Adam began working in transportation in 2000, right out of college. He has had experience in sales, export/import services, invoicing, tracking, and claims. He joined CJC Transport 8 years ago and gets his daily motivation from meeting and exceeding his customers' expectations. Matching the right truck with the right service at the right price is Adam’s favorite part of working with freight transportation.

Chris Connolly has been in the transportation industry for over 25 years and has always believed in staying close to the work. After graduating college, he joined SuperVan Service Co., where he spent 10 years learning the business from the ground up. Starting in sales, Chris soon discovered his passion for freight brokerage, developing the skills and customer-first mindset that would shape his career.
In 2008, Chris and his wife, Maggie, founded CJC Transport with a clear vision: to build a customer-focused company rooted in relationships and reliability. Guided by that vision, CJC has grown steadily from a small brokerage into a comprehensive transportation partner.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/OPERATIONS - FREIGHT
Drew's experience as a box truck driver in addition to years in customer service give him a well-rounded perspective on the transportation industry. He enjoys getting to talk to people from all over the country and organizing the transport process from start to finish.
FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION ACCOUNT MANAGER
Jimmy has worked in the freight industry his whole life. He has spent his career working in sales and regional management for local freight companies before joining CJC Transport in 2015. In his spare time he is a freelance photographer and spends time with his children.

With over 20 years of customer service experience, Katie brings a proactive, can-do attitude to the office. She plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting both team members and clients with efficiency, professionalism, and a warm, approachable style.
Known for her strong organizational skills and hands-on problem-solving, Katie ensures that daily operations are seamless and that everyone has what they need to succeed. Her extensive background in customer service has shaped her belief that great support—whether for a team or a client—starts with genuine care and clear communication.

Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and operations leadership to CJC Transport. As COO, she focuses on building efficient processes, leading teams, and ensuring customers receive dependable, high-quality service. With a background that spans consulting, large-scale distribution, and logistics program management, Kelly thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about turning challenges into streamlined solutions.

Parker joined CJC Transport in 2016, bringing two years of experience in overseas and domestic freight. He thrives in the fast-paced world of transportation, tackling multiple projects at once and keeping things moving for our customers.
His energy and dedication have made him a key part of our team.
Ramo is a people-focused sales professional who thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering personalized service.
